No referral is needed to see a physiotherapist in Australia. However, if you have private health insurance or are claiming through WorkCover, TAC, or DVA, specific referral requirements may apply. Contact us if you're unsure.

Initial consultations are 1 hour. Standard physiotherapy sessions and Clinical Pilates sessions are 30 minutes. This allows adequate time for assessment, treatment, and education.

This varies depending on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. During your initial consultation, we'll discuss a treatment plan and give you an estimate. We focus on long-term results and empowering you to manage your own health.

Yes! We are registered providers with all major health funds. Please bring your membership details to your appointment. You may be able to claim on the spot depending on your fund and level of cover.

Clinical Pilates is delivered one-on-one by a physiotherapist and is specifically tailored to your injury, condition, or movement goals. It's corrective, therapeutic, and designed to address your individual needs—not a general fitness class.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand life happens—please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Yes. We take a holistic, evidence-based approach to chronic pain management through education, movement, and hands-on treatment. We work with you to understand your pain and develop strategies to manage it long-term.

We do not bulk bill. However, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates if you have a referral under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan from your GP. Private health insurance rebates may also apply.
