Hi, I'm Thilini (Thilly)!

I'm a Physiotherapist with a passion for clinical Pilates and helping people thrive. Whether you're recovering from pain, injury, surgery, or looking to improve your strength and balance, I'm here to guide you toward moving better, feeling stronger, and staying well.
I've been working in private practice for over five years, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions. I enjoy working with people of all ages and have a special interest in fall prevention and strength training for older adults.
I was born in Sri Lanka and raised in New Zealand, where I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Otago University, New Zealand. In 2021, I moved to Melbourne to continue my career. My approach to physiotherapy is holistic—combining hands on treatment with a strong focus on exercise and clinical Pilates to help you achieve meaningful, long-term results.
In my spare time, you'll often find me travelling—whether it's a spontaneous weekend escape or discovering new countries and cultures. I also enjoy my weekly badminton sessions with friends and spending quality time with my family.
Our small business is dedicated to supporting the local community. We share our clinic space with wonderful myotherapists, podiatrists, and other members of a multidisciplinary team right here in Boronia. If you feel we may be able to help you thrive, we would love to see you.
